I feel every one of these words at this moment in time, I have my first therapy session since I referred myself back for help and I can tell you that it has come at just the right time.

This campaign has really taken a more significant toll on me than I could have imagined. I had not realised how much of a mountain it would be to get support for an initiative to protect children. I can honestly say that I have not felt this lost since the very early days of my diagnosis and my emotions are even more broken than they have ever been.
I will try to stay the course and see this through to the end in 5 months' time but I can't make any promises.
