I’m back…… I can hear the cheers and the sobbing already!

I know it has been quite some time since I wrote anything and most of you know I needed to step away for mental health reasons.

I know it has been quite some time since I wrote anything and most of you know I needed to step away for mental health reasons.

As an update, I still battle with my C-PTSD demons daily and will for the rest of my life. I’m still medicated and receiving ongoing therapy. Although these will never heal the damage done, they enable me to continue to live, and that’s the main thing.

Currently, the legal case against the employers who caused this living hell is still ongoing, but with a small chink of light at the end of the tunnel (fingers crossed, it isn’t a train!)

I think one of the main reasons why I want to start posting again is the thought that people may have used the content to help protect themselves, but more importantly, children both online and in the real world.

It has always been one of my main priorities to use my skill sets to help educate, parents, guardians, teachers and children, regarding the dangers of the online world and it is also something that has helped me with my own mental health battles in the past too know that it has helped so now it’s a good time to get back into it!

I will not be starting up any of the other social media channels I used in the past at this time, so I will be relying on you, the community, to share any content that I create. I am still not in a great place mentally, so therefore, I am not ready for the extra stuff that social media inevitably brings with it.

I will be starting to create content and publishing it when I can but as always, if there are any topics you would like me to cover in future publications, then feel free to drop a comment below or send me an email. Interaction with my followers will only help to improve this as a resource and ultimately help me to protect as many children as possible!
