Sometimes our pets are the best therapy

Happy Friday to you all and I hope you are looking forward to the weekend ahead and have plans to relax and enjoy some well-earned downtime!

Leffe was not feeling his best today, so it was my turn to support him, and he snuggled up to be on the sofa! Then he decided he wanted to be on the floor but was still needy!

I have been struggling this week, and the next three pictures were of Leffe supporting me; as I said before, he will always know when I'm not myself or if I'm spiralling, and he seeks me out and just brings me back from the brink and this was him doing just that.

The garden is one of my few safe spaces and we have been enjoying the arrival of spring weather I celebrated with a McVites flapjack and a cup of Yorkshire tea ☕

Bottom middle I think I have mentioned previously that Leffe loves a good police show and as you can see you can't tear him away from the screen 😁

Finally, I have included a video from one of our walks this week, where we pass the house of another Frenchie; I really think they are starting to like each other!
