Happy Friday to you all, and I hope you are looking forward to the weekend ahead and have plans to relax and enjoy some well-earned downtime!
Another busy week in the Leffe household! Lots of new memories captured that I want to share with you all, and hopefully put a smile on your face.

The first of the photos this week is one of my all-time favourites as it reminds me just how majestic Leffe is! We love taking him to a local woods, not just because he gets more freedom to enjoy himself, but for me, nature is a benefit to mental health, it is so peaceful, and I can go the whole time not seeing another person. Also, this week we have spent some time in the garden between my meetings, as the weather has been so nice it really has been a treat to enjoy it with him.
I am back on the bike in the garage everyday now as it gives me time away from the desk in the office and allows me to decompress a little. We have a very established routine where Leffe drinks some water from my bottle, allows me to drink some from it and then demands another drink himself, he will then proceed to give me a ‘Leffe Bath’. Later that day he decided to help us change the sheets on the bed by making a nest in the old ones.
Lastly, there was some more lounging outside but we also had great time watching John Snow come back from the dead in Game of Thrones, one of our favourite shows to watch without Mummy!
Today I am sharing a video of Leffe in one of his playful moods, I love these moments so much and they are the type of memories I try to use when I am spiralling or need to be grounded as it is literally impossible not to smile at him.
I hope this made you smile and you can enjoy your weekend ahead, take care all of you from Leffe and me.
As always, thank you for your support. Please share this across your social media, and if you do have any comments, questions, or concerns, then feel free to reach out to me here or on BlueSky as I am always happy to spend some time helping to protect children online.
Remember that becoming a paid subscriber means that you will be supporting two charities that are very close to my heart and doing amazing things for people. The Not Forgotten Association and Childline as I will split all subscriptions 50/50 and donate to each charity every six months as I don’t do any of this for financial gain.
