Time for another virtual pet therapy blog post! Apologies I missed last week as I was at a very low ebb and it slipped my mind.

Time for another virtual pet therapy blog post! Apologies I missed last week as I was at a very low ebb and it slipped my mind.

It’s been an emotional couple of weeks for me but a couple of high points, the first was I completed my longest ride yet of just over 70 miles! I hope to complete my first century ride in the next couple of weeks ☺ (it is widely considered that a century ride is the equivalent of a marathon!) I never thought I would have the mental strength to be doing such things.

Colleen and Leffe also took me on a nice quiet walk by the Avon and Leffe couldn’t help but jump in!
