Okay, let's be real. This isn't your typical "subscribe for exclusive content" spiel. In fact, it's the opposite. I want to be completely upfront: a paid subscribtion to my publication gets you absolutely nothing extra. Zilch. Nada. There is no bonus content, no special access, and no secret handshake. The content remains the same for everyone, whether you're a paid subscriber or not.
And you know what? That's perfectly fine with me. Because this isn't about me. It's about a fantastic charity that is very close to my heart: Childline an initiative by the NSPCC.
Every six months, I'll be donating all the proceeds from paid subscriptions to this amazing charity.
Why this charity?
Childline: Provides a vital lifeline for children and young people in need of support. They offer a safe and confidential space for kids to talk about anything that's worrying them, 24 hours a day. They do so much to help protect those most vulnerable, and having seen the horrors I have seen through these eyes, I believe they need as much support as possible so they can answer the call to every child that rings them!
So, while you won't get any extra stuff by subscribing, you will get something far more valuable: that warm, fuzzy feeling of knowing you're making a real difference in the lives of others for the price of a coffee, you'll be directly contributing to the crucial work this charity does.
